What it's actually like.
Every project starts with a written architecture spec, so you know the scope before you commit — no open-ended "figure it out as we go" engagements.
You're brought in for a defined slice of the work — a frontend build, a QA pass, a DevOps setup — and you own that slice end-to-end, working directly with the lead architect, not through a project manager relay.

Paid per project or sprint, not full-time employment — for now. Terms and IP assignment are set out in a standard contract before work starts.
Currently hiring for:
Component-level work on client platforms. You won't own architecture decisions, but you will own code quality on what you build.
